Strategic Sourcing Training
We provide basic and advanced training in Strategic Sourcing, Negotiations Management, and many other topics. From a one-hour executive briefing to a multi-day training course, Greybeard can deliver the right training format and content for your organization. Principal offerings include:
- Our highly-rated one-and-a-half-day program in Strategic Sourcing and Negotiations Management (SSNM), which earns 11 Continuing Education credits from the Institute for Supply Management (ISM)
- A four-hour or one-hour version of the course above, built specifically for the executive audience
- Negotiations Management seminar — a 3 hour workshop
Team Leader Training
We provide a 3-hour training program for the employees you have selected to lead sourcing teams. This program can dramatically enhance the effectiveness of your team leaders.

In a recent speaking engagement, Greybeard's president addressed 180 senior managers at the annual management meeting of a Fortune 150 company.
